Costs for psychotherapy
(self-payers and privately insured persons)

The costs of treatment are generally reimbursed by private health insurance companies and subsidies, as long as you suffer from a disorder with disease value, this is in need of treatment and there is an indication for psychotherapy.
 

• Psychotherapy consultation (Sprechstunde) for privately insured persons and those entitled to benefits as well as self-payers

  Duration: 50 minutes - GOÄ - number 812a, 2.3 times the rate € 134.06
   

• Psychotherapy for privately insured persons and those entitled to benefits as well as self-payers
  Duration: 50 minutes - GOÄ number 870a, 2.3 times the rate € 100.55  plus assesment of current mental health status - GOÄ number 801a, 2.3 times the rate € 33.52

Deviating or additional costs may also be incurred for diagnostics, biographical anamnesis (prerequisite for therapy), reports, applications, etc.
 
* Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance will be charged a cancellation fee of 85% of the current health insurance fee, regardless of the reason.
